Starting a Return Is Easy

Just email us at support@biosempra.com with your order number and let us know you'd like to make a return. We'll reply with simple step-by-step instructions for sending your product back, and we'll keep you updated the whole way. You choose and pay for the return shipping method that suits you best, and we suggest picking one with tracking so you can follow your package back to us.

Your Refund

As soon as your return arrives back to us, we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method and send you a confirmation email. Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable. Depending on your bank, the money typically appears in your account within 5 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, you don't need to send anything back. Just drop us a quick message (a photo helps us sort it out fastest) and we'll ship a free replacement right away.
